Role Overview
The Ecommerce & Operations Manager will drive online sales, manage marketplace performance, and ensure seamless operations across logistics and fulfillment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and supply chain management, with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Management
- Oversee the epokhe ecommerce platform (Shopify) to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
 - Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, including promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
 - Manage website content, product listings, and merchandising.
 - Lead the Digital Marketing Manager to drive traffic and conversions through SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social commerce.
 - Monitor ecommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rates, AOV, traffic) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
 - Troubleshoot website issues and enhance functionality.
 - Oversee customer service strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.
 
Operations & Logistics
- Manage global supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment across regions.
 - Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping and returns processes.
 - Integrate and manage key systems, including Cin7, Shopify, and B2B platforms.
 - Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
 - Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
 
Strategic Growth & Innovation
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
 - Develop strategies to expand into new online marketplaces and optimize omnichannel retail operations.
 - Work with brand, sales, and creative teams to align ecommerce initiatives with brand direction.
 - Use data analytics and customer insights to inform decisions and improve the shopping experience.
 
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or operations management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
 - Expertise in Shopify and ecommerce tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
 - Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online merchandising.
 - Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
 - Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Passion for surf, skate, and creative culture is a plus.
