Each pair comes with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering any faults in materials or craftsmanship from the date of purchase.
Whether you’ve purchased online or through one of our authorised retailers, our commitment to quality means you can wear your frames with confidence. While general wear-and-tear or accidental damage isn’t covered, any genuine manufacturing issue will be resolved through repair or replacement.
To lodge a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required so we can verify your details and respond quickly:
- Online orders: Email our Customer Care Team at customercare@epokhe.co with your order number, contact details, and a brief description or image of the issue.
- Retail store purchases: Reach out directly to the store where the item was purchased.
Once your claim is submitted, our Quality Control Team will assess the issue. If it meets the warranty criteria, we’ll handle the rest — simple as that. Premium eyewear, backed by premium aftercare.
Need to Make a Claim? Here’s How
Our 24-month warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or craftsmanship. It doesn’t cover wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
We need this to confirm the purchase date and product details.
If you bought from our website:
Email customercare@epokhe.co and supply:- Your order number (e.g. #12345)
- The email you used to order
- Your full name
- Photos and a short description of the issue
If you bought from a store: Please contact the store directly. They’ll manage the claim with us on your behalf.
Our Quality Control Team will assess your item once we receive it. If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund — depending on the situation and stock availability.
From the time we receive your item, we aim to resolve claims within 5 business days.
If your claim is approved we’ll reach out to offer a repair (if possible), a full replacement, or a refund. If your claim is not approved we’ll explain why and offer paid repair, replacement, or return shipping options.
Common Reasons Claims Are Denied:
- No proof of purchase
- Product bought second-hand
- Damage not related to manufacturing (e.g. water damage, heat exposure, misuse)
- Attempted self-repairs or modifications
- Item returned too late or without lodging a claim
Returns & Refunds Policy
Easy 30-Day Returns – Unused & In Original Condition
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including the shipping box. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to process any return.

Email us at customercare@epokhe.co with your order number and reason for return. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you're shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank to process the refund. If it hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank or reach out to us.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Items returned worn, damaged, or after 30 days will not be refunded.
- We don’t offer exchanges — simply repurchase the correct item using your refund.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact customercare@epokhe.co with photos and details. We’ll replace or refund as needed.
If your item was marked as a gift, we can offer store credit once the return is received. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
