Exchanges (full price items) - Limited to unworn or unused products within 10 days for equal or lesser value. 
Refunds (full price items) - Refunds will be issued if products are defective and an exchange is unwanted. Please return defective products within 30 days of purchase. 
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale, promotional items or customised frames. 
Any International Customers that wish to return their order they also need to cover any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER RECEIVING MY REFUND FROM REFUNDID?

After using Refundid your refund process is complete. 

If you have not shipped back your items, you must do so by sending them to the address specified in the EPOKHE returns policy and provide Refundid with the relevant shipping tracking number. Please add this shipping tracking number through your Refundid account.

WHERE DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When signing up to Refundid you’re prompted to provide your BSB and Account Number.

Refundid pays you instantly into this account.

 

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN REFUND ON A SINGLE RETURN?

Yes, refund limits apply to returns lodged through Refundid.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I NOT RECEIVE A REFUND ON?

Refundid is not available for any non-refundable sale items. Be sure to read the EPOKHE returns policy to see which items fall within this criteria.

Refundid is also not available for any orders made using a gift card.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO GET MY REFUND?

When using Refundid, refunds are paid out instantly meaning they are received in your bank account within 60 seconds of the return being lodged through Refundid. If your refund is not received within this timeframe, please be sure to reach out to Refundid here. 

 

ARE PURCHASES MADE WITH AFTERPAY, ZIP PAY AND HUMM ELIGIBLE WITH REFUNDID?

When an item is purchase with Afterpay, or any other buy now pay later service, you are still eligible to receive a refund from Refundid by following the Refundid process. Please note that the refund will not resolve any outstanding Buy Now Pay Later payments, so you will be required to pay any remaining instalments to you Buy Now Pay Later provide. Faulty Returns Needing Repair

If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above. Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault.
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect & then issue a refund or repair.Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of the RA Number and all relevant details.

Epokhe cannot accept COD deliveries.Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to EPOKHE in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
